PALI BLU

PALI BLU

from $1,100.00

Venice, Italy

The striking blue color of the mooring poles, standing out against the hazy Venetian backdrop, can symbolize the idea of anchoring ourselves in positivity and hope to weather any storms that may come our way.

Blue is often associated with calmness, trust, and confidence, reminding us to approach challenges with a steady and grounded mindset. The poles themselves, used to secure boats in place, can also remind us to stay anchored in our values as we navigate the sometimes tumultuous waters of life.

The symbolism of the mooring poles is a powerful reminder that we can choose where and how we anchor ourselves in life and that this choice can make all the difference in how we weather the inevitable ups and downs that come our way. And the striking blue color of these poles can represent the transformative power of hope and positivity, which can bring vibrancy and color to even the most muted and foggy of situations.

Designed to evoke order in the chaos

There is always stillness to be found - even within bustling environments that heave with steel and cement and artificial light. Man-made elements that are so far from the natural beauty that normally brings us peace, can still be a source of internal harmony. How? Symmetry. Lines and space and light and shadow. These elements of design speak to our inner soul. These photos showcase the connectedness of the world in a symphonic web of streets, poles and buildings – unbreakable forms coming together in unexpected unity. They help us create order within the world and within ourselves.

Science tells us about the power of aesthetic pleasure

Well-tailored suits. Shiny cars. Intricate tile mosaics. It’s an odd trait of our species, but humans are drawn to pleasing aesthetics. We all know that beautiful things make us feel good. A piece of art can uplift our day and soothe our anxious thoughts. Studies confirm that art promotes psychological well-being and even improves focus by enhancing our ability to engage with an object perceptually. That’s why bringing art into the spaces where we work, live, socialize and seek rejuvenation is so beneficial. The positive rush we get when we look at a beautiful image can be a powerful moment that shapes each day.

Bring beauty into your home

Scientists have confirmed that viewing scenes of nature in art can positively impact your health and well-being almost as effectively as visiting a beautiful environment. Art allows us to enjoy our morning coffee at a temple in Kyoto and cuddle up with our pets along the stunning canals of Venice. To spend our days in the bustle of the city and return home to the tranquility of a breathtaking view. Fine art photography is more than an image - it is your calm in the chaos, an uplifting breath on a troubling day, and the stillness to embrace your most authentic emotions and nurture your best self.
